USPS PostalOne! Mail.dat Client Update - June 13, 2024
The USPS® is requiring a PostalOne!® Mail.Dat® Client Update - Effective: June 30, 2024, to support the July 2024 Price changes.
For PostalOne! E-Doc submitters, the new Mail.dat client (60.0.0.0_PROD
) will be required after the release.
The Mail.dat Client can be downloaded from the USPS Business Customer Gateway (BCG) (Sign In to BCG → Click "Mailing Services" in the top left under BUSINESS CUSTOMER GATEWAY → Click "Go to Service" next to Electronic Data Exchange (PostalOne!) → Download the Mail.dat Client Application under Mail.dat Support for Production.

USPS Discontinuance of Hardcopy Postage Statements - Grace Period Extended to March 31, 2024
The USPS will continue to accept Hard Copy Postage Statements until March 31, 2024 to provide mailers enough time to implement electronic postage statements. Please see the USPS INDUSTRY ALERT to read more.

Service Discontinuation Advisory
Melissa plans to discontinue Presort Object on December 31, 2024. This is to provide enough time for our customers to find an alternative provider to integrate ito their current solution.

USPS Discontinuance of Hardcopy Postage Statements - December 04, 2024
The USPS is discontinuing Hardcopy postage Statements to improve efficiency and expedite acceptance of mail. All domestic commercial mailings must use appproved elecronic method to transmit mailings to PostalOne! with the exception of Electronic Verification System (eVS) mailings. - The Properties will be:

USPS PostalOne! Mail.dat Client Update - December 04, 2024
The USPS® is requiring a PostalOne!® Mail.Dat® Client Update - Effective: January 07, 2024, to support the January 2024 Price changes.
For PostalOne! E-Doc submitters, the new Mail.dat client (59.0.0.0_PROD
) will be required after the release.
The Mail.dat Client can be downloaded from the USPS Business Customer Gateway (BCG) (Sign In to BCG → Click "Mailing Services" in the top left under BUSINESS CUSTOMER GATEWAY → Click "Go to Service" next to Electronic Data Exchange (PostalOne!) → Download the Mail.dat Client Application under Mail.dat Support for Production.

USPS PostalOne! Mail.dat Client Update - January 01, 2023
The USPS® is requiring a PostalOne!® Mail.Dat® Client Update that took effect on Sunday, January 08, 2023 to support the January 2023 Price changes effective January 22, 2023.
- The new Mail.dat Client (57.0.0.0_PROD) can be downloaded from the USPS® Business Customer Gateway by clicking Sign in to the BCG to log in -> Click Mailing Services -> Click Go to Service next to Electronic Data Exchange (PostalOne!) -> Download the Mail.dat client application under Mail.dat Support for Production for your Operating System (32-bit or 64-bit).
